OSL was amazing. So serene relaxing, and peaceful. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and all the room this cabin had. The interior has nice cozy atmosphere. Owners are very nice people. Booking was a breeze, and we can't wait to come back. The lodge is beautiful, well kept and super comfortable. We'd go back for sure!
Excellent top to bottom. Personal attention to details from owners was just right. Rent a boat, it is extremely reasonable for a day. Amenities that make sense. Professional through and through. Thank you, Doug and Terry!
Can't say enough good things about the OSL. Just completed a stay there and everything about the place was awesome. One of the cleanest cabins we've ever rented. Terry does the cleaning and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. She was very responsive and helpful the entire time. The cabin was extremely well stocked with everything we could possibly need and the price was very reasonable as well. Will definitely be back !!
Doug and Terry are phenomenal they are nicest people to ever own a business. Prices are very fair. Been there more than once and got another trip lined up in the fall. The sportsman lodge is the best. Thank you guys
Great location near Newton Lake. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and stocked with all essentials and the owners are unbelievably nice and very accommodating. Boat rental made easy and fair pricing. Can't wait to go back
Our first time here and we'll definitely be back! Beautiful, peaceful cabins just a couple minutes drive from a gorgeous, calming, bass filled lake. If you want relaxation in a beautiful country setting and lots of great fishing, then this is your place! Tab and Vickie were great. Tab will happily to guide you to the fish and even rent you a boat. Awesome!

Selfishly, I don’t want to leave this review but I have to. It is not easy sharing my happy place! Terry and Doug are so accommodating and detail oriented. I have stayed at places all over the country, never have I stayed at a better place. Thank you Terry and Doug
